Find your tinnitus tone

1. Find a very quiet place, connect headphones to your computer, and place them over your ears.
2. You can control the slider with your mouse, arrow keys, or through number input.
3. Alternate between listening to your own tinnitus tone, and the computer-generated tone.
4. Try to match the tone being played, with your Tinnitus tone.

Please note: When you think you have found your tone, check the frequency that is half it, and double it, as these may sound very similar due to a phenomenon known as octave confusion. Pick the one that closest matches your tone.
